Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are handmade and unique, minor variations in color, size, or design are natural and not considered defects.

Returns are accepted only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order along with photos of the product and packaging.

Approved returns must be shipped back in the original condition and packaging. Products that are used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.

Replacement or refund will be initiated once we receive and inspect the returned product.
Non-Returnable Items

Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products.

Items purchased during clearance or sale.

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
Refunds

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days after receiving the items & on approval.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.

Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

For prepaid orders, refunds (after cancellation approval) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Product Delivered

In rare cases where a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at cotact@handicraftshop.in with your order details and photographs.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
